Gymshark Take Over Competition 
Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this competition you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, then you should not take part in the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, Gymshark, recommend that you save a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference during the competition.

1. What can you win? 
There will be a prize draw when the competition closes to pick 3 winners. Each prize winner will win: 

- A full refund on their entry Take Over order as placed with Gymshark Limited by the date of the competition

Once the prize has been accepted, items within the order cannot be returned or exchanged. The prize and prize draw are subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Gymshark can contact the winner and confirm eligibility). Gymshark holds the right to change, alter or withdraw any of the prizes and/or the prize draw at any time due to change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Gymshark. Gymshark shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of any of the prizes or the prize draw. 

2. Who can enter? 
Entry is open to everyone except it is not open to Employees of Gymshark and their immediate family or anyone directly connected to the administration of this Prize Draw, who are not eligible to enter the competition. 
Entrants must provide their email address for communication with Gymshark. 
One entry per person. 
Gymshark reserves the right (as its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met - if the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid and not counted.

3. How to enter? 
Entries are open to all people who have received the competition email and purchased an item in the Take Over clothing launch. 
Purchase in this launch is necessary to enter the competition. 

4. Closing times
Entries to this give away ends on 13 September 2018, 9AM BST. Any purchases made after this time will not be counted or entered into the prize draw. 

5. How are the 3 winners selected? 
The 3 winner(s) will be chosen by random draw using a computer process within Gymshark HQ. The decision of Gymshark on any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding on all entrants. The winner of each prize will be notified via email during the week commencing 17th September 2018 using the email details provided to Gymshark by the entrant. Winner(s) will also be announced on Gymshark Central and via direct email. If the winner of any Prize does not respond to the notification that they have won within 14 days of being notified, then that winner's Prize will be forfeited and Gymshark will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Publicity.
By taking part in the competition, all entrants agree to participate in publicity at Gymshark's request if they are a winner of the competition. Entrants agree that Gymshark (or any third party nominated by Gymshark) may, in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and/or Prize Draw and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without notice and without any fee being paid.

7 More Legal Stuff
Gymshark reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and/or Prize Draw (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
Gymshark accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Gymshark, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Gymshark, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The statutory rights of participants are not affected.
This Prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
